Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Cut and design fresh fruit arrangements. Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong and timely attendance Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and record keeping. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
