Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience Operate RF scanners and other inventory control systems to accurately track stock levels and update product information Stock shelves efficiently using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklift equipment when necessary Manage shipping and receiving processes by loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including merchandising displays and storage areas Support inventory management through regular stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies Utilize warehouse operations skills to handle materials safely, perform maintenance on equipment, and ensure safe lifting practices are followed Skills Proven experience in retail sales, stocking, or warehouse operations with strong organizational skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment Knowledge of inventory control procedures and shipping & receiving processes Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities Basic math skills for retail math calculations, inventory counting, and cash handling if needed Familiarity with grocery or retail store environments is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness efficiently Join us in delivering outstanding service while maintaining an organized and inviting shopping environment.
