Insurance Agency is seeking a driven and self-motivated customer service representative to help with the day-to-day operations. Hands on mentorship from insurance industry leaders with proven track record.

Salary Range:

Negotiable based on experience: $15

Office Hours:

Monday

• Friday from 8:30 AM
• 4:30 PM in office.

Key responsibilities appearing repeatedly include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for personal lines and/or some commercial P&C clients. Greet walk-in clients, handling phone, email, and other service inquiries professionally and promptly. Processing endorsements, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates/evidence of insurance. Explaining coverage, billing, policy provisions, and claims-related questions. Working directly with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve issues. Maintaining accurate client records in our agency management system

• Vertafore AMS360 Reviewing policies and identifying coverage gaps, remarketing opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities.

Assisting with new business, applications, quotes, and renewals. Researching problems and providing timely, solution-oriented resolutions. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, producers, carriers, and internal staff.
