In person Summary The Customer Service Representative assists customers by phone, email, and in person with product questions, order placement, and general customer service needs. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Assist customers with product selection, availability, and general questions Enter and process customer orders accurately Provide order status updates, shipping information, and tracking details Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and order-related issues Research customer concerns and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues Maintain accurate customer records and order information Assist walk-in customers with purchases and product questions Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling customer inquiries over the phone and by email Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn about lapidary equipment, jewelry tools, and related products Key Skills Customer Service
