State Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Head Member Service Representative to lead and support our member service team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations—including account openings and closures, deposits and withdrawals, account maintenance, and resolving member inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. As the leader on the front line, the Head Member Service Representative plays a critical role in fostering teamwork, modeling exceptional service standards, and ensuring efficient, compliant operations. We are looking for someone who demonstrates confidence in guiding a team, a commitment to developing staff, and the ability to maintain a positive, servicedriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong, handson leadership to the teller and member service team Maintain accuracy and accountability in all daily branch operations Support staff through coaching, training, and performance guidance Assist members with account questions, transactions, and product information Promote a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and teamwork Identify and resolve operational or member issues with sound problemsolving
