Job Description

Hometown Heating Cooling & More is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.

Schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls Schedule service and installation appointments Manage customer information and scheduling Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online Assist with general office and administrative duties Qualifications QuickBooks Online experience is
