Overview Closson's 3D Truck Repair is hiring an experienced Service Writer to keep repair jobs organized and communication flowing between customers, technicians, and parts suppliers.

Pay:

Starting at $22 per hour, with flexibility based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No regularly scheduled weekend hours.

Health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Responsibilities Communicate with customers about repair needs, estimates, approvals, and job status. Work with technicians to coordinate repairs and keep jobs moving efficiently. Prepare estimates, process invoices, and maintain accurate service records using QuickBooks. Order parts and supplies and coordinate availability with repair schedules. Qualifications Previous service writing experience required. Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills. Experience preparing estimates, processing invoices, and ordering parts. Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities in a fast-paced shop. QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred. Experience with heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, diesel repair, or heavy equipment is a plus.

Pay:

$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
