Position Overview This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer support while coordinating with sales, engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position, paid weekly. Responsibilities Take service calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, and provide support across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions Coordinate and track quarterly preventive maintenance services Process warranty claims Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes Prepare quotes for replacement parts and process customer parts orders Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in Epicor Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional, responsive communication Qualifications 3+ years of customer service, field service, or manufacturing experience preferred Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics preferred Ability to diagnose technical issues and communicate solutions clearly Strong customer service, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Epicor preferred Valid driver's license What We Offer Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Riveer pays 75% of employee premium) Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays Free lunch provided every Thursday This job description contains information about the key responsibilities of this position.
