The primary function of this client service representative (CSR) position is to provide elite client service to our existing and potential clients along with performing numerous day-to-day activities to help our office function efficiently. Below are listed a few of activities that will be expected of the employee. Act as a day-to-day liaison between our agents and their clients this includes: Answering their questions regarding their current coverage Taking payments from the clients over the phone Updating the client's policy at their request Setting up appointments with clients Reaching out to clients for further documentation needed from our underwriting department Complete each step in the enrollment process for new clients Download applications and documents from our online quoting system Send out insurance applications and additional documents to the client through DocuSign for signatures Save the clients signed applications and upload them to our system Bind the insurance policies Send out proof of insurance and declarations to clients Assisting agents in quoting leads that have shown interest in our insurance policies Answering phone calls as they come into the office and help the client to the best of your abilities Evaluate client's policies at each renewal to confirm that the coverage we have for them is still the best for their lifestyle and confirm that they have not had any major life changes that would effect their insurance Complete tasks that are assigned to our agency from our insurance underwriters to ensure the clients are insured correctly Assist the agents with activities that they may need completed for a client or to complete a sale Will need to have/obtain current property/casualty insurance license and Life insurance license! Will re-imburse for fees to obtain licenses.
