Our customer located in Vassar, MI is looking for a Customer Representative to join their team! You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, helping customers place orders, follow up on inquiries and handle any complaints. This position is a contract to hire role starting at $20/hour, but once hired in, your pay will increase to $24/Hr. You should anticipate to work Monday-Friday and the schedule will flex between 8a-6p. Answer customer questions regarding product, price and availability Describe product and make recommendations based on customer needs and interests Prepare quoted price and estimate shipping, within 24 hours, with knowledge of the entire order process Maintain knowledge of current sales & promotions, policy on payments/credit card terms Contact customers after sales to insure product was received and customer is satisfied with product. Contact prospective customers Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
