The ideal candidate must communicate clearly, stay organized during busy hours, and provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls professionally and accurately take customer orders. Greet walk-in customers and assist them with placing their orders. Enter orders correctly into the POS system. Process cash and credit card payments accurately. Carefully package and double-check all takeout and delivery orders. Make sure every order is complete, accurate, and presented properly. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared on time. Assist customers and delivery drivers during pickup. Keep the cashier, takeout, and front-counter areas clean and organized. Handle customer questions or concerns calmly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant cashier, takeout, or customer-service experience is preferred. Strong English communication and phone skills. Professional, friendly, and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Comfortable using a POS system and handling payments. Must be available for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
