Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and via communication tools. Handle customer inquiries and complaints swiftly, providing solutions and escalation to appropriate channels when necessary. Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of all products and services offered. Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and issues to drive improvements in the overall customer service experience. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer service strategy across multiple locations. Track and report on metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficacy.
