Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Complete daily administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred. Ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Experience with Microsoft Office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
