Overview Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Representative and become the friendly face that welcomes and assists our valued guests. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a lively, welcoming environment where guests feel appreciated and understood. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while making a meaningful impact on our customers' day. Responsibilities include and are not limited to welcoming guests and providing excellent hospitality, answering phones, checking guests in/out, helping to stock breakfast, handling payments, hotel laundry, making reservations, etc. Weekend rotation is required. Shifts are 7am-3pm with possibly an occasional 3pm-11pm Join us in creating memorable experiences!
