We are looking for a Front Counter Assistant / Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who visit the shop for automotive repairs and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or service advisor. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about services, pricing, and scheduling appointments. Update customer records, service history, and notes, and communicate with customers throughout the repair process. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of work and accurate billing of services. Maintain a clean and organized front counter area, including restocking supplies and keeping the waiting area clean. Assist with other duties as needed, including occasional shuttle driving, parts delivery, and errands.
