Role:

To greet and assist guests both on the phone and in person, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet all visitors to the church, providing a positive first impression, and efficiently connect them with the appropriate ministry staff member or volunteer Manage main desk phone calls, answering questions and directing calls as needed. Maintain the safety/security in the Commons, paying particular attention to those with suspicious appearance or behavior and follow proper security guidelines Manage USPS and package deliveries and pickups Manage Lost & Found items Assist with projects to support Westwood staff as available Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Align to and live out the
