Description The Customer Service Parts Representative 1 is responsible for supporting Park customer's needs. This position handles and processes all inquiries related to parts orders and the processing of return parts under warranty for repair or replacement. The Customer Service Parts Representative 1 provides Park's customers with an excellent experience by ensuring that they are satisfied through communicating effectively and professionally both written and verbal ensuring that customers have the information they need to resolve their issues. All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability to work outside of the standard shift hours as needed: Provide subject matter expertise on two designated Park machines and acquire familiarity with additional machines Respond to customer parts-related inquiries regarding Park equipment through phone calls and emails. Assess the parts needs of the customer, process purchase orders, and arrange for timely delivery Provide procedural guidance to customers on their Park Equipment via phone, email, or messaging Process parts returns: verify customer needs and desires, process Park paperwork, provide return labels, ensure returns are delivered to Park warehouse or returned to appropriate vendor Make financial decisions in areas of customer good-will and warranty in alignment with Park's business strategy Establish and maintain relationships with customers and help to deescalate situations as needed Work with transit companies to locate lost shipments and ensure timely deliveries

OTHER DUTIES

(NON-ESSENTIAL): Provide over the phone machine support for Park Industries Field Service Technicians and Installers Coordinate with other associates, departments, or vendors to meet customer needs Work with engineering to provide NCR, ECR, or critical information on issues to identify trends Attend training opportunities offered at Park Perform other work-related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Pay Transparency Statement In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00. Please note that the hourly range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift.
