Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advocate to join our team! We are a fundraising team that helps High Schools and Middle Schools all over Minnesota and Western Wisconsin raise money for various clubs and teams. We accomplish this by holding "One Day Mattress Sales" in the schools gym on weekends. In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful presence for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional support and solutions that keep clients satisfied and engaged. Your energetic approach will ensure every interaction is positive, professional, and impactful. Whether assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, or guiding customers through processes, your proactive attitude will drive customer loyalty and elevate our service standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Engage with customers in person Assist clients with product information, and troubleshooting issues Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport and resolve concerns efficiently Support client services by providing detailed information about products, policies, and procedures Handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity during in-person interactions Qualifications Proven experience in customer support roles preferred, but not required. We will train.
