Overview Join the team as a Customer Service Rep & Pizza Maker, helping customers place orders and preparing pizzas in a quick-service setting.

Your impact:

Accurate order handling and timely food preparation help customers enjoy a smooth, satisfying experience. Duties Greet customers, answer questions, manage food service orders, and support sales through helpful recommendations and upselling. Prepare pizzas and other menu items, operate kitchen equipment, and follow food handling and food safety practices. Use point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS or Micros POS where applicable, to process orders and retail sales transactions. Handle cash, operate the register, and complete transactions accurately using basic math. Maintain a clean workspace; support sanitation, food safety management, and bussing as needed. Skills Customer service, cashiering, cash handling, and POS experience are useful; familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Food preparation, serving, kitchen experience, or culinary experience is helpful. Food service, restaurant, café, grocery, food industry, or quick-service and fast-food experience is also relevant. Strong time management, basic math skills, and the ability to work efficiently while balancing customer and kitchen needs. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation, clean workspace maintenance, and operating kitchen equipment.
