Proficient in computer skills Experience learning and adapting to dynamic and complex computer systems Prior customer service experience required A true self-starter who is comfortable answering phones Enthusiastic and comfortable with daily, in-person customer interactions Strong ability to multi-task for both clients and staff Excellent organizational skills are essential Flexible and adaptable to daily changes, with the ability to learn new systems to keep operations running smoothly
