M-F, 8:30/9:00 AM-5:00 PM Looking for a Great Place to Start? Esser Plumbing & Heating is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our Perham office as a Customer Service Representative. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people and is comfortable using a computer. You'll be part of the team that answers our phones and connects customers with the right person or service. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a friendly, helpful way Help customers with basic questions and direct calls to the right person or department Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments Enter customer information into our computer system Help with basic emails and customer follow-up Provide general office support as needed Learn more about our company and services as you go What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience is not required for this position.
