What You'll Do as a

Customer Service Representative:

Process customer and dealer orders received by phone, email, fax, and vendor portalsAnswer questions related to orders, pricing, delivery, products, and warrantiesResearch and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic mannerProvide technical support related to heating and cooling products, installations, and applicationsDocument customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM systemProcess invoices, returns, transfer orders, and EDI orders while meeting service targetsCollaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and dealer partners to resolve customer issues What You Need to Bring to the

Customer Service Representative Role:
