The Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic in MN is a privately owned, fun, family-focused practice south of Rochester. Our clinic takes pride in delivering high-quality medical care while putting our patients' needs and well-being first, making a true difference in their lives. Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and files. Scheduling appointments with accuracy Perform patient check-in at the time of visit including reviewing accurate client and patient information Promptly follow-up to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text Patient check-out includes reviewing services, collecting payments with precision, and scheduling follow-up appointments Assist clients with product details, billing and services questions Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in computer skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment while maintaining high-quality service Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a positive attitude
