AAA Disposal Service is located in Buckner, MO and is family owned and operated for 60 years. We provide residential, commercial, and roll-off services to the Kansas City Missouri metro area. Our customer service team works in person at our Buckner, MO office. The position requires working Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls prompt and professionally Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints Open new customer accounts, or make changes, or cancel services. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary Skills and requirements: Outstanding attendance and punctuality Trash industry and or dispatch experience preferred At least 5 years experience in a call center environment preferred Empathy Adaptability Ability to use clear and positive language Demonstrate patience and remain calm under pressure Data entry as well as 10-key experience Experience with moderate to high call volume. Ability to work from our office.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
