Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine approach. Manage cash drawer handling responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to maintain an attractive store environment. Maintain professional phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or follow-up calls. Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and product placement activities. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is a plus. Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is advantageous for leadership opportunities. Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers effectively.
