Service Advisor Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Position All About Boats is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our team. This position is the primary point of contact for our service customers and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding ownership experience. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and can keep multiple projects organized in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Marine industry experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with service appointments. Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns. Communicate with technicians regarding repairs and maintenance. Keep customers updated on the status of their boats throughout the service process. Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance. Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar. Process invoices and collect payments upon completion of service. Maintain accurate customer and service records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service is completed. Work closely with the sales, parts, and service departments to provide an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership management software. Marine, automotive, RV, or powersports service experience is preferred. Valid driver's license.
