Boys & Girls Clubs provide a safe place for kids to go after school and in the Summer. Our aim is to improve the lives of kids. We focus on the areas of character and leadership, academic success and healthy lifestyles. The Site Assistant is the first person visitors see when entering the Club and is responsible for greeting everyone that walks through the door with a smile and a friendly hello. The Site Assistant is the primary back-up in the absence of the Site Director. The main duties of the Site Assistant is to ensure members are accurately checked in and out of the program. He/she would be responsible for receipting member payments, maintaining member files, maintaining member attendance sheets, and other duties as assigned by Site Director. Some data entry is required. The Site Assistant will contribute to implementing and administering of programs, services and activities for members and visitors.

The successful candidate will:

possess excellent customer service and communication skills know their way around a computer be a positive team player

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

MUST

BE 18 OR OLDER

High School diploma or equivalent is required Experience in customer service or office environment helpful

DEPENDABILITY

is a must Must be able to pass a background check 1stAid/CPR certification required (Club will provide training)

PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED
