Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales channels, to promote insurance products. Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance policies. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure favorable agreements that meet their individual requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, benefits administration, and personalized service. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details accurately. Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance on insurance sales. Collaborate with team members on client communication strategies, analysis of market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Requirements Valid license as an Insurance Producer with knowledge of insurance regulation standards. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Demonstrated customer service expertise with a focus on client communication and relationship building. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products.
