Fire Palace is hiring Cashier / Customer Service Associates for our Lancaster, Missouri retail location. We're looking for dependable, customer-focused people who take pride in keeping a busy retail store clean, organized, and welcoming. What you'll do Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service. Process retail sales accurately at the register and assist with basic product questions. Check IDs and follow all age-restricted product laws and store policies. Stock, organize, price, and face merchandise; keep shelves and displays presentable. Keep counters, coolers, shelves, and customer areas clean and organized. Report low-stock items and help with routine inventory needs. Follow opening, closing, safety, and loss-prevention procedures. What we're looking for Must be 21 or older due to the age-restricted products sold in the store. 2-3 years of customer-service experience; retail experience is preferred. Comfortable with retail sales transactions, stocking, and routine store cleaning. Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Able to stand for scheduled shifts and lift or move light-to-moderate merchandise. Professional, friendly communication and a willingness to help customers.
