Requirements Prior experience in automotive service advising or customer service roles in a dealership setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to understand and explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and documentation. Proficiency with computer systems and service management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
