In this role, you will perform and ensure excellence in service, providing prompt and timely assistance; in order to fulfill the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Integrated Management System.

Specific functions:

Assist, guide, and direct the passenger at each point of contact, according to what is established in the procedures; in order to ensure that flight operations are handled safely and thus achieve quality in service. Ensure excellent customer service, by satisfying the needs and requirements of the customer; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organization. Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other colleagues, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations, performing the functions assigned to you; in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.

Check-in / boarding requirements:

Required work experience: 6 months of experience in service and customer care companies. Completed high school.

Language:
