This position will service customers in the Tupelo, MS area. As a Service Rep you will be on-site, front-facing, at our locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required. You will also need to respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person. A successful candidate for this role will bring the following : Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) A valid driver's license and reliable transportation The ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs
