Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented customer service representative, with a pleasant demeanor, to play a key role in the success of our company by maintaining a positive relationship with a wide variety of Waring Oil fuel and lubricant accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels, calls, email, face to face.
• Ability to organize and dispatch orders on a daily basis as needed.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowledge of product and inventory.
• Processing orders, from initially keying to closing out.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
• Prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and communicating with involved parties.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Effectively manage POS system for fuel pumps, at needed locations (Biloxi, Louisville, Jackson).
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and diligence

• Open-mindedness in receiving instructions and willingness to learn.
• Initiative-taking and can work independently.
• Goal oriented
• Understanding of business math
• Ability to recognize and interpret trends.
• Prior E3 experience is not required but preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand the back-office software system.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of lubricants and fuels (a plus)

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of associate degree, bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of prior CSR experience

Job Type:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
