About the Position We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team. You will be working at our Butte, MT location and reporting to the Regional Plant Manager, focusing on these key responsibilities: Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers Organize deliveries. Operate phone system, communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a friendly and professional manner. Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed. Perform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, sending/receiving/distributing documents. Accept and process payments. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programs. Recent telephone/receptionist and or customer service experience. Ability to multi-task. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained. Ability to sit for long periods. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Work in moderate noise levels.
