•Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service/Retail Lead, you'll keep daily store operations moving while helping customers find the right products and enjoy a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, support team members, and balance customer service with stocking, merchandising, and accurate transactions.

Your impact:

By guiding the team and resolving customer needs promptly, you help shoppers make informed choices and coworkers deliver consistent service. Duties Supervise and support retail staff; coordinate floor coverage and help address customer concerns. Deliver attentive customer service in person and by phone, using professional phone etiquette and clear communication. Demonstrate products, share retail store product knowledge, and use appropriate upselling to support customer needs. Process retail sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems; operate the cash register and handle cash, drawers, and cashiering accurately. Support stocking and merchandising; apply basic math and retail math to transactions and routine sales-floor tasks.

Requirements Essential:

Prior retail sales experience, supervising experience, customer service skills, and confidence with cash handling and cash drawer procedures.

Essential:

Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail sales transactions, basic math, and clear communication.

Preferred:

Grocery store experience, bilingual communication skills, product demonstration experience, and knowledge of retail math. Able to stay organized, assist customers and coworkers, and contribute actively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 36.0 per week
