Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
