Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric - Fayetteville, NC Full-Time | In-Office Position Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This is not just an answering-the-phone position. Our CSRs are the first impression customers have of Air Pro. We are looking for someone who can make customers feel taken care of, confidently book appointments, communicate professionally, and help keep our service schedule productive. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionally and enthusiastically Book HVAC and electrical service appointments Ask the right questions to understand the customer's needs Make outbound calls to existing customers Schedule and confirm maintenance appointments Help maintain an efficient service schedule Communicate with technicians and management throughout the day Update customer information and call notes accurately Help turn incoming leads into booked appointments Handle customer questions and concerns professionally Provide the level of service expected from a 5-star company Who We're Looking For You do not have to be an HVAC expert. We can teach you our industry and systems. We're looking for someone who: Has excellent phone and communication skills Is comfortable talking with customers all day Has a positive, professional personality Is organized and able to multitask Is comfortable using computers and learning new software Understands that answering the phone is also an opportunity to help the customer and book the call Is dependable and arrives ready to work Can stay calm and professional with difficult customers Enjoys working as part of a team Wants an opportunity to grow with a successful local company Previous experience in a call center, customer service, dispatching, sales, home services, automotive service, property management, medical scheduling, or similar environment is a plus.
