We are looking for a couple of long term employees to work the sales counter and aid in keeping the store well stocked and very neat and organized for our clients. These are full time retail positions of 5 days a week and the schedule will include Friday Saturday and Sunday. The right candidates will have a very friendly outgoing personality and MUST have a good knowledge of firearms and or other customer service skills and experience. in a cover letter or in the resume! This is a very fast moving and growing business and the right candidate must be able to work in that type of demanding environment. I will be accepting resumes by email only. Please NO phone calls or walk-ins please! I will review every resume that comes in and I will set up interviews with the top candidates. There will be a short probation period in order to make sure you are a good fit for our team and we are a good fit for you. The new members to our team will sign a non-compete and a non-disclosure agreement. The last time we ran this ad we received many resumes from a lot of good people and we hired two and both have worked out great we hope that we have that same success this time. We do hire from within so all of our managers started on the gun counters and worked their way up and all of our future managers will come from within as well. Firearms sales/Customer Service position will include but not limited to the following Firearms sales/handling Customer service ATF paperwork Inventory/stocking Cash register Cleaning duties Full time retail sales position 5 days a week and the schedules are 12pm-8pm or 9am-6pm. Starting pay is based on $35,000 a year. We do offer Health Insurance, Dental & Vision after 90days. One week vacation after employed for a year.
