What You'll Do As a Client Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and patients by: Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude Answering multi-line phones and assisting clients with questions Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately Checking patients in and out Processing payments and balancing daily transactions Maintaining accurate medical records and client information Communicating with doctors and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow Filling prescriptions and preparing medications for pickup Managing emails, text messages, and online appointment requests Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Providing exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Excellent computer and phone skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other small and large animal species Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred but not required Schedule Full-time Must be available for evenings and weekends as needed Occasional holidays may be required Why Muddy Dog?
