Job Description
Job Summary Customer Service for Tenant Relations Supports the front office team by answering a significant load of phone calls and walking traffic for tenants. Accepts/posts payments to tenants ledgers accurately. Initiates and guides tenants through the Move Out process. Understands and coordinates pest control issues and prevention with tenants and vendors. Has excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to deescalate conflict situations. Excellent at problem solving. Friendly personality in a fast paced environment with the ability to pivot on priorities. Strong foundation in the Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook and Excel Good professional writing and communication skills. Enjoys working with the public in a service industry.
Hours:
M-F, 830a to 5p, 16 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation Please call us at 828-430-9252Pay:
