FULL-TIME OUTBOUND SALES CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

(Work On-Site/ Work from Home; Kingston, Portmore, Montego Bay)

Position Description:

The Outbound Sales Contact Center Representative role involves speaking with and setting appointments with prospective customers who are looking for information about various home improvement projects. The ability to be persuasive while effectively acknowledging and overcoming homeowner concerns is critical.

Outbound Sales Contact Center Representatives:

Minimum of 2 years automated dialing experience in a call center Necessary equipment and stable internet connection (if applying for work from home) Dedicated, quiet work environment (if applying for work from home) Positive attitude Competitive drive Energetic, outgoing personality Professional and courteous demeanor Reliable and punctual when scheduled to work Successful applicants are provided with: Paid, in-person training at our facilities in Kingston, Portmore and Montego Bay Industry leading compensation

Base pay of $550
750 (based on Experience) Performance based bonuses and commission (Uncapped)
Avg of $300 to $2000 hourly Ability to work a rotating shifts within Monday to Sunday, 8am
8pm (5 days/ up to 40 hrs weekly)

Education:

3 CXC subjects (including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts) or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of Two (2) years Sales, Collections or Outbound call center experience preferred
