PM Job Responsibilities:

Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service Greet customers entering and exiting the store Resolve customer issues, answer questions, or complaints Register sales Collect payments by cash, card, or charge account Bag purchases if needed Maintain a clean checkout area Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules, regulations, and company policies Contribute to team effort by completing jobs necessary to making the store operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes various jobs around the store

Qualifications/Attributes:

Friendly and positive attitude Excellent customer service Team player Excellent communication skills Ability to make change/ basic math skills Attention to detail Self-starter/ highly motivated Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
