Manage cash handling with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure products are well-presented and accessible. Upsell related products or promotions to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining honest communication. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone. Support store operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards. Experience Previous cashiering experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases, but no require Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math is advantageous.
