Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash, credit, and mobile payments Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of merchandise Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash drawer handling and balancing at shift end Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items to enhance their purchase experience Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively manage phone inquiries and assist customers both in-store and over the phone Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a nice-to-have) Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and balancing cash drawers accurately Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and grocery store operations will be beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy and dedication will make a real difference!
