Starting pay begins at $21.63 per hour and is negotiable based on level of experience What Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum one year experience in customer service and/or cash handling role Experience utilizing software applications to perform customer service duties Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to work rotating SaturdaysAbility to travel between branch locations as neededPrior bank teller transaction knowledge a plus but not required What Youll DoMaintain a working knowledge of banking products and services while promoting them to the customerDemonstrate an openness and willingness to switch between the teller and customer service positions as the needs ariseComplete individual and business account deposit/withdrawal transactions, account opening and maintenance activities including checking, savings and time deposits Provide a professional customer service experience while obtaining new business opportunity referrals through needs based inquiry Responds to questions and resolve problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently Physical RequirementsThis role is performed in a branch environment and requires regular standing and movement, visual and manual dexterity to operate office equipment, occasional handling of up to 40 pounds, and some bending and lifting. Independent travel to other branches or locations may be required.
