You'll provide exceptional service to customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate processing of orders, payments, and scheduling requests. Responsibilities of Customer Service Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally Take and process orders Process customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards Assist walk-in customers with payments, orders, and account questions Schedule service appointments and product deliveries using company software Maintain and update customer account information Accurately document customer interactions and transactions Perform additional administrative and office support tasks as assigned Qualifications of Customer Service High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive customer service approach Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly Comfortable working with customers both over the phone and face-to-face Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This Customer Service position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
