• Responsibilities:
• + Support customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems + Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, product questions, and customer inquiries + Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to meet customer needs. + Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Requirements:
• + 2+ years of customer service, order management, and sales support experience preferred.

+ Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
