Prior experience in accounts receivable, data entry, reception, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Google platforms (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Quickbooks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation

Schedule:

MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM

to 4:30 PMPTO, Sick Days, Holiday Pay, 401K 4% Match, Health Insurance and Employee Discount.
