What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Make and manage guest reservations Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns Create memorable experiences by going above and beyond guest expectations Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other departments Assist with resolving guest concerns professionally and courteously Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Be willing to learn and assist in other hotel departments when needed Stay flexible and adapt to the changing needs of a busy hotel

What We're Looking For:

Positive, friendly, and professional personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Dependable and flexible with scheduling Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Knowledge of the local area is a plus Previous hotel/front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Opera/PMS experience is highly preferred A genuine desire to help people and make every guest feel valued
