Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) Ridgecrest Animal Hospital | Allentown, NJ Are you an experienced veterinary CSR who loves helping pets and their people? Ridgecrest Animal Hospital is looking for a reliable, friendly, and experienced Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our team! We're looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of veterinary medicine, provides exceptional client service, and can make clients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Details Pay:

$19-$21 per hour, based on experience

Hours:

35-40 hours per week

Schedule:

Every other Saturday is required

Full-time Experience:

Previous veterinary reception or CSR experience required Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries. Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately. Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records. Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members. Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly. Provide compassionate, understanding service to clients during both routine visits and difficult moments. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a CSR or receptionist in a veterinary hospital is required . Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment. A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.
