Company Description Our client is a well-established and respected supplier of ingredient chemistry. The Opportunity You will be part of the team and the direct support for the office located in Annandale, NJ. It is a permanent, full-time role that will be located in-office, Monday to Friday. Position Description You are the direct connection to our customers. It is primarily inbound order receiving, with some outbound communication when you need to update status or change details. It has zero cold calling responsibilities (people always ask!). You are responsible for entering orders into the computer system and monitoring delivery and variances. Experience 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service related to the chemical industry. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high commitment to service and problem-solving, with a proactive attitude Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with ERP systems Willingness to work in-office (this is not a remote opportunity) Education A degree or diploma in Science, or Business Administration considered an asset.
